1. Booking and vehicle selection
The client submits a request on the website by choosing a vehicle category. A specific vehicle is selected by the manager based on availability within that category.
A request is not a guaranteed booking. The booking is secured for the client only after the client agrees to the proposed vehicle, date, time, pick-up/return location, price, deposit if applicable, and service format, and the manager confirms the booking.
2. Contact with the client and cancellation
The client provides up-to-date contact details: name, phone number and email. If the client cannot be reached or provides incorrect details, the request may remain unconfirmed.
Cancellation is free of charge unless special conditions have been agreed in advance. If the client cannot be reached or does not appear at the agreed time and place, carrental.kz may cancel the request.
3. Price and deposit
The final price is determined after a specific vehicle has been selected and the booking terms have been agreed: rental period, service format, pick-up/return location and any additional services. The final price is confirmed by the manager before the booking is secured.
A deposit may apply depending on the specific vehicle selected from the available options within the relevant category, the rental period and the service format.
4. Pick-up and return
The date, time and pick-up/return location are agreed in advance. Pick-up or return at the airport may be free of charge. Delivery within the city or to another address may be charged separately.
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, an additional fee may apply according to the rates specified in the agreement.
5. With and without a driver
Sedan, Crossover, Electric, SUV, Pickup and Premium are available both with and without a driver. Minivan and Minibus are provided with a driver only.
6. Documents and requirements
For rental without a driver, the client provides an identity card or passport and a valid driver’s license. Standard requirements: minimum age of 21 and at least 2 years of driving experience.
7. Mileage
The standard mileage limit for all categories is 200 km per day unless agreed otherwise. This limit applies both to rental without a driver and to vehicles provided with a driver.
If the limit is exceeded, extra kilometres are charged according to the rates specified in the agreement.
For Minivan and Minibus, the route, waiting time, standby time, travel outside the city, intercity trips and other trip conditions may be agreed additionally.
8. Fuel, battery charge and vehicle condition
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel or battery charge level as when it was handed over to the client, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level or battery charge level may be recorded in photos and/or videos.
9. Insurance, responsibility and final terms
Basic vehicle insurance is included in the rental or service price. Insurance terms, limitations and exclusions are specified in the agreement.
Insurance does not release the client from responsibility for fines, violations, damage and other expenses caused by the client. Final rental or service terms are recorded in the agreement before the vehicle is handed over or the service begins.
